Akane RinBuild Guide — NTE
Combat Skills
Performs up to 4 consecutive attacks with her electric guitar and Feathered Sound Blade, dealing Lakshana DMG. Lv.1 multipliers: 14% ×2, 21% ×2, 10% ×3 + 13% ×4, then 424%. Generates String Energy whenever Akane Rin deals DMG to a target, up to a cap of 30.
Press Basic Attack while airborne to plunge, dealing 1 instance of Lakshana DMG in an area on impact (62% at Lv.1). DMG increases with fall height, by up to 100%.
Triggers when pressing Basic Attack after a Critical Dodge: blasts the target with the Feathered Sound Blade, dealing Lakshana DMG (137% at Lv.1). Using Stringblade within a short time afterwards keeps its combo stage.
Akane Rin's own resource, from 0 to 30. She generates it whenever she deals DMG to a target. At 30, with an Overtone or Reverb Field active, she can cast Synced Resonance, which spends the 30 points only if it hits.
Passive 1
Remora Enhancement. After the team triggers Remora for the first time, Akane Rin keeps an enhancement until she leaves combat: every 3s she applies Remora to the Overtone target and to every enemy inside the Reverb Field. Whenever the team reapplies Remora to an affected target, she deals Lakshana DMG equal to 150% of her ATK (counts as Redirect Skill DMG), increased by 20% for each second of Remora left on that target, up to 160%. Each target is tracked separately, and the DMG triggers at most once per second per target.
With perfect pitch, Akane Rin can tune any instrument by ear, no tools required. She's basically a tuner in human form.
Passive 2
Increases Akane Rin's ATK by 20% for 20s after casting Sonic Boom. Does not stack; casting again resets the duration.

Her console specialisation is Type III: every Type III module equipped adds 10% ATK, so fill it with the 3-cell L and straight pieces. Stat priority: CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG first, then Lakshana DMG Bonus, then ATK%. Loop: open with Rhythm Wave (tap for Overtone on a boss, hold for a Reverb Field on a pack), then chain Stringblade strings; each hit fills String Energy and is relayed through the active form. At 30 String Energy cast Synced Resonance, which has no cooldown of its own and leaves the form's timer running. Every 20s, Sonic Boom opens Solo Cadenza: press the Ultimate again any time after its first 4s for the 918% second stage, and Starlit Anthem adds 20% ATK for 20s.
