NTE Modules — FAQ
What are Console Modules in NTE?
Modules are tetris-style upgrade pieces that slot into a character's Console grid to provide stat bonuses. Completing a set of matching modules unlocks an additional set bonus tailored to a playstyle.
How many module sets are in Neverness to Everness?
There are 12 module sets at launch, each available in S, A and B rank variants. Higher rank pieces carry stronger stats but the set bonus itself is identical.
How do I choose the best modules for a character?
Match the set bonus to the character's role first (CRIT sets for main DPS, Esper or energy sets for supports), then fill the grid shape as completely as possible — coverage usually beats a slightly better substat.
Where do you farm modules in NTE?
Modules drop from Console domains and weekly bosses, and sets rotate by day. Farm the domain that drops your target set, and use the crafting system to convert duplicate pieces into the shapes your grid is missing.
Should I level B-rank modules early?
Yes — early on, a fully-slotted grid of leveled B or A-rank modules outperforms empty slots waiting for S-rank drops. Replace them progressively; upgrade materials are partially refunded when you recycle.
