How we know: Version 1.3 phase dates and cutoffs come from Hotta Studio's official 1.3 Preview Special Program (August 8, 2026). Blackbird and Akane Rin are official drip-marketing reveals, but Hotta has not announced their banner dates — the Version 1.4 windows on this page are our expectation from the 1.3 phase pattern, updated the day Hotta confirms.

What is the current banner in NTE?

Linko (S-rank Anima Main DPS) headlines Version 1.3 Phase 2 on the Surfing All Channels! board, running September 9 to September 30, 2026 at 05:59 (UTC+8), alongside a rerun of Hotori on Misty Tipsy Style. Phase 1, which paired Zankou with a Nanally rerun, closed on September 9. Blackbird and Akane Rin are officially revealed for Version 1.4; Hotta has not published their banner dates, and we expect Blackbird from September 30 and Akane Rin from October 20, 2026.

How long does an NTE banner last?

Each major version splits into two banner phases of roughly 2-3 weeks each. A limited character is only available during their phase, then leaves until a future rerun.

When are new banners announced?
