Lacrimosa is the first new limited character introduced in Version 1.1. Her banner goes live the moment the patch drops on June 3 and runs for three weeks.

Chaos Banner — June 24 to July 8
Chaos is the second limited character of Version 1.1. His banner opens on June 24, the same day Lacrimosa's closes, and runs for two weeks until July 8.
With only two weeks on the banner, the Chaos window is shorter than Lacrimosa's. If you're planning to pull, make sure you're ready by June 24.
