Every roll, whether with Solid Dice or Resolve Dice, counted toward the Perks track regardless of whether it landed Shinku herself.

Hit 50, 120 and 200 cumulative rolls
Reaching each threshold unlocked its cosmetic on the Skin Perks page: the Overcast Canopy glider livery, the Hidden Dragon Blizzard-V4 livery, and Shinku's Student of Terrasea outfit.

Factor in the Special Offers dice pack
The Resolve Dice Pack sold the same window as part of Before the Dawn Special Offers added ten Resolve Dice, which counted toward these same thresholds since they rolled the same board.

Weigh this against the board's own pity
The Before the Dawn board guarantees Shinku by roll 90, with a soft-pity bump to a Modified, rate-up board if she has not dropped by roll 70. A single run to that guarantee clears the 50-roll threshold but falls short of both the 120 and 200-roll ones.

During the event, the "Before the Dawn" Limited Board features the "Overcast Canopy" glider livery, the "Hidden Dragon" Blizzard-V4 livery, and Shinku's outfit "Student of Terrasea". Claim them from the Skin Perks page by accumulating 50/120/200 rolls, or obtain them randomly through rolls before reaching these milestones.

No. The Perks track counts total rolls on the Before the Dawn board, not whether you obtained the character.
Is this event still active?
No. It ran July 8 to July 29, 2026 alongside Shinku's Version 1.2 Phase 1 board and closed with it.
Did the Special Offers bundles help toward this track?
The Resolve Dice Pack from Before the Dawn Special Offers added ten Resolve Dice, which rolled the same board and so counted toward the same 50, 120 and 200-roll thresholds.
Can I still get the Overcast Canopy livery?
