   Complete the Main Quest "Relax Time" first. Nothing published states a Hunter Level gate the way Circle Gifts has one, only this quest requirement.

   Run Circle Quests for XP

   Circle Quests award Experience Points that raise Circle Bounty Rank. The official text does not publish how many quests exist or how much XP each one pays.

   Claim the free track as rank climbs

   The free track pays Fabricated Dice, Gold Carrota, De-noise Solution, a Handwritten Letter, and Expansion Cores across the ranks. No purchase is required for any of it.

   Buy Elite Hunter Supplies for an extra tier

   Elite Hunter Supplies unlocks a parallel tier of rewards as you rank up: Annulith x680, Solid Dice x4, Fabricated Dice x2, an Arc-light Trove, two Handwritten Letters, and Fons x700,000. Hotta has not published a price; the official text points to the in-game shop.

   Buy Honor Hunter Supplies for everything Elite offers, plus more

   Honor Hunter Supplies includes every reward Elite Hunter Supplies unlocks, plus the "de Xiaozhen" avatar, the "Bountiful Garden" avatar frame, the "Splash Showdown" namecard, five Fabricated Dice, one Handwritten Letter, and Fons x500,000. Like Elite, no price is published outside the in-game shop.

• Honor Hunter Supplies is a strict superset of Elite Hunter Supplies rather than a separate pass, so there is no reason to buy both.
• Circle Bounty closes September 29, one day before most of the rest of the Version 1.3 event slate. Claim on that date specifically rather than assuming the usual September 30 close.
