Best Arcs for Linko
Linko's best arc in NTE is Voice of the Voyager. Her signature, and written for the kit line by line: CRIT Rate as its substat, +66% Support Skill CRIT DMG at R1, and stacking Ultimate CRIT DMG every time a Support Skill lands, which in the Resonance Field means every Synced Strike the team throws. Nothing else touches the Synced Strike multiplier. If Linko doesn't have it yet, Ready-Ready and Raging Flames are solid alternatives. Ready-Ready: The best non-signature option. 570 base ATK with CRIT Rate, and its Basic Attack and Critical Riposte bonus stacks off every Redirect Skill and Ultimate cast, both of which Linko presses constantly to open the Synced Strike wheel. DetailsLinko scales the party's follow-up damage, not just her own: Synced Strikes are follow-up attacks that use the triggering character's element, so her crit stats and her Support Skill level decide how hard everyone else's assists land. CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG lead the priority for that reason, with Anima DMG behind them for her own burst. Precision Tuning shaving 8% elemental RES per sync is why she fits into teams of any element.

Linko is the limited S-rank Anima character from Version 1.3 Phase 2, and the first character in NTE built entirely around other people's damage. Her Redirect Skill opens a wheel that calls a teammate (or her ghost Xiaozhen) for a Synced Strike, a support hit that counts as follow-up attack damage and lands in that teammate's element. Oversync then opens a Resonance Field where every Support Skill the whole team throws counts as a Synced Strike. She plays as an on-field carry whose crit stats scale the entire party's follow-up damage: Voice of the Voyager, her signature arc, exists to push Support Skill CRIT DMG, and Precision Tuning shaves 8% elemental RES off every target she syncs with.
