Haniel is a permanent A-rank Psyche buffer from Sterry Express. She deploys her portable speaker Hootie via Silent Moonlit Forest Guardian, granting the team an ATK bonus based on her Base ATK and building Four-Part Harmony stacks that trigger Ensemble for AoE Psyche DMG. Her ultimate A Melody Named Haniel activates Paranormal Ace state, boosting team ATK further and amplifying Ensemble with a Symphony effect that increases DMG and range. Her passive It's Friendship! drains enemy ATK to redistribute it to the entire team.
