Blackbird's best arc in NTE is Crime and Punishment. Blackbird's signature and her best arc in every role except pure sub-DPS. 570 base ATK and 24% CRIT Rate, plus 72 Cycle Intensity and 20% Psyche DMG, and after her Ultimate the whole team gains 16% CRIT DMG for 15s, with 32% more on Blackbird herself. If Blackbird doesn't have it yet, Ravenous Blade, Good Boy's Grand Adventure and Watch Your Heads! are solid alternatives. Ravenous Blade: Zankou's signature, with the same 570 ATK and 24% CRIT Rate. She plays in two halves: as herself she builds Malice and marks targets with Forsaken Feather, and her Ultimate turns her into the Witch of Deliverance, who spends that Malice on every hit and buffs the whole team's ATK by 20%. Run her signature Crime and Punishment with Devil's Blood: Curse cartridges and CRIT DMG main stats. Her real edge is the passive that boosts both Psyche cycles, Stain and Nova, so she is at her best next to a Chaos-element teammate (Nova) or a Lakshana one (Stain) rather than on her own.
